We are Maciek and Alicja, a couple from Poland. We are travelling with our little dog Holly. She's a shelter dog that was adopted almost 3 years ago. She's adorable, little bit shy but also very friendly companion. We started our journey from two months in Tuscany, then we took a ferry from Livorno to Sardegna where we are currently discovering this Island's beauty. Our future destinations are Greece, Spain or Portugal.
Alicja just graduated. She is a master of neuro-psychology and cognitive science. In a free time enjoys Yoga practices or Pilates and walks with Holly our dog. Very passionate about food. Enjoys learning languages. Spending the rest of free time at her favourite Cracow cafe/bar chilling and talking with friends, loves to meet new people. Enjoying small talks from the very beginning (as weird as it sound :D).Real kind of extravert! Maciek studied Business Administration and has been working in fund accounting for 4 years now. In free time he likes to cycle, ski and hike. Interested in history and politics, willing to learn more about different countries. Sometimes even reading Wikipedia for fun! :D He loves to cook and eat. Willing to learn Spanish and Italian. Lately tries Yoga with Alicja, so far really enjoying! Spend one year on Erasmus in Bratislava, now really enjoying visiting university friends around Europe as they are like a family now. He used to teach Polish and English to other people so willing to continue language exchange.
Finally - Holly - our last family member. Cute medium size dog. Taken from the shelter 3 years ago, now starting to show her personality while curing traumas. Two faced for sure - from one side very shy and scared of even a wind blow and from the other a real energy bomb when she sees a green space. For sure best experience while we hike, probably had a goat uncle or something :D Best thing that happened to us for sure, she is very grateful, shows tons of love. Always waits for her portion of cuddles and belly rubs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We wanna start traveling, meet lovely people, learn new stuff, experience adventures and taste delicious food. Last couple of years we worked in corporations only to find out that it's not exactly what we're looking for. We finally decided for a big change and we are looking for hospitable people that will help us in our big journey. Currently we are on our way to Zante, Greece where we got our dream job - tourist guides for this season! But before it happens we want to explore a bit more of Italy.
