I`m an 18-year-old student from the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. I study German philology and literature and am extremely interested in discovering German culture, even though I still can`t speak fluently. I like kids, animals, walking a lot, having a good laugh, volunteering and learning languages.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I`m currently doing volunteering work in Gdynia , which is located in Northern Poland with 2 of my friends. We are taking part in Erasmus+ short term programm due to which we are working with kids from foster families or families with problems. We`ve travelled a bit across Northern Poland. We`ve already been to Gdansk, Malbork and Sopot. On my profile I`ve got some pics from these trips. In the end of July we will have 4 free days, 2 or 3 of which we would like to spend in Germany, therefore we`re looking for a host from Berlin, Postdam or any other nearest cities.

I like indie music, psychodelic rock, folk. And I would prefer watching a cartoon or a series to movies. My favourite ones are Rick and Morty, Black Mirror and Silicon Valley. I adore modern Ukrainian literature, American tragedy by Theodore Dreiser, pieces by Thomas Williams, George Orwell, Edgar Allan Poe and my absolute favourite is Franz Kafka.
