Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend showed me this wonderful site and we used it together for some of our travels, so I decided to set up my own profile. I think sharing is a very important thing for travelers: only through the locals they can learn about special locations or traditions about which the usual tourists will never hear, and only the travelers can offer locals a fair viewpoint on their own country and maybe make them want to see it by themselves. I find this exchange very profitable, and I think that this is one of the most important features of the couchsurfing philosophy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been at the border between two continents in Iceland. Also, I tasted almost all of the wines of the wine-grower's cooperative in Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg. They were absolutely adorable!
