About Me
Hii!!
I’m 20 years old and I’ve been traveling for some time now. After taking some time to travel and explore the world after finishing school, I’ve now started studying psychology. I love using my semester breaks to discover new places and immerse myself in different cultures.
With an open heart and a curiosity about human nature, I’m always eager to connect with people, learn about local traditions, taste authentic food, and visit breathtaking places.
After spending the summer volunteering in Spain and exploring Eastern Europe in November, I’ve now embarked on a new adventure through Southeast Asia, starting in Thailand and continuing to Indonesia.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I visit a new place for the first time, I’m often impressed by the atmosphere, whether it’s beautiful, overwhelming, or even sometimes dismissive. It feels like a more or less well-wrapped present, but I don’t care that much about the wrapping paper. I realize that unwrapping those presents is a lot easier when I know people who actually live there. Since I know that our planet is full of well-wrapped presents, I’m looking forward to experiencing the beauty of culture, life, and our planet while unpacking more and more of those gifts.
Interests
I am an active person always looking for an adventurous time. I love different kinds of sports, whether in nature or indoors—any kind of action works for me. I care a lot about our environment, especially when it comes to sustainability and sharing one world while living together as a society. Since I consider myself open-minded and curious, I’m always happy to learn new things and, in some way, enjoy the privilege of being free and independent.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My latest experience that I never want to miss again was my solo trip from Crete Island back to Germany, with several stops along the way and also using Couchsurfing for the first time! Thank you all for hosting me!
Travelling and especially volunteering in Indonesia made me realise that life is too short to wait till tomorrow to make a change. Western world complaining about anything by having everything. Meeting the most open minded people and communities in the middle of nowhere living a live without being sure if there will be enough food for the family the next day. I’ll never be able to close my eyes again!
