I'm Alina, 28 years old and kind of a travel addict.
I've been to 47 countries and can't wait to explore the next 47. As anybody on CS, I enjoy meeting new people from all over the world.
Currently I'm living in Gainesville, Georgia for work.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I registered at couchsurfing some years ago, when it became famous, but never used it, since I always stayed at hostels. Until last year (2017) on my journey from Florence in Italy through France to Germany on a VESPA scooter. That´s when I used CS for the first time and I was overwhelmed by the host's hospitality immediately.
Ever since I'm trying to host people myself, crush on other Surfer's couches and keep my eyes open for CS events.

Interessen

I'm always up for an outdoor adventure, such as a nice hike, riding motorcycles or something new I never tried before (those things are my favourite).
I love good food, learning to cook new dishes (especially from different countries) and explore fun restaurants and bars.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Francois Lelord - Hector and the search for happiness was definetly one of the books that changed my life the most. I´ve read it on my way to the Kilimanjaro summit and even though the tour operator pranked me it made me find happiness even on 5885 metres above sea level.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The best thing I´ve done was probably my first trip in 2013 to south america for 5 months. It is the reason for all the adventures that followed and will follow.
