I am originally from Switzerland but currently attend college at Clemson University in South Carolina, therefore I am fluent in both English and German. This summer I bike toured through southern Utah to see the numerous national parks with a friend. I'm just trying to see some things this summer before I have to head back to Clemson.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on a solo cycling tour through parts of Canada and the New England region of the US. I have a tent and will most likely camp a lot but would definitely appreciate a solid roof over my head every once in a while. I am hoping to meet interesting people throughout this journey and thought that this would be a good place to start. I'm also excited to be a host after my trip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

With my family, I once traveled to the Island of Stromboli, which is off the north coast of Sicily. There we climbed up to Mt. Stromboli, a volcano that continuously erupts, in the middle of the night. At night we could stand on the rim and look down where almost every 20 minutes there would be another small eruption.
