I like a lot of music, most anything uplifting or relaxing.
"Alive Inside", a documentary about helping people with Dementia by giving them an ipod with their favorite music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in Hawai'i and swam with dolphins and walked to where lava flows into the ocean. Studied Lomi lomi massage.
But really....raising my daughter is the best thing!
