When I used Couchsurfing about 7 years ago I wrote: "I want to experience traveling and living on my own, and I believe that staying with new and interesting people who will teach me their ways of life and show me around their place would be a wonderful way to get out into the world." Now, it's become more about relearning this skill after the pandemic and working on myself to relearn to enjoy life.
