ABOUT ME

I came back from cycling across New Zealand and exploring Beijing last year and I'm itching to start a new adventure this year. I plan on biking from Vancouver to St. John, Newfoundland in May and meeting some incredible, open-minded people along the way. Me in a nutshell: I'm witty, fun, engaging, philosophical and love a good argument. I enjoy sarcasm but only use it around people I adore. I'm always down for an adventure at a drop of a hat; influenced by my sometimes intense passion and ambition. As much as I love people and dancing through life, I also need space and time for myself to dive into a good book or the ocean (I often wish I could be a mermaid). If you're interested in meaningful interactions and just a jolly fun time, it would be a pleasure to meet you.

PHILOSOPHY

To live, experience and have as many conversations with as many people as possible to see as much of the puzzle we call life.

Intereses

Running, biking, swimming, hiking, kayaking and, my absolute fave, surfing. I also do yoga but more for rehabbing my bad knees then joining the growing culture. I love books and am saddened by the fact that I'll never be able to read them all. I enjoy throwing acrylic on canvas or doodling on any piece of paper I get my hands on. But more than anything, I thrive on solid conversation.

- scaled a vertical 100m cliff, no strings attached, and lived!
- sang a lion to sleep with 'In the Jungle'
- survived a blizzard in the Grand Canyon
- played with wild dolphins with divers off of Stuart Island, New Zealand
- unknowingly ate dog meat in China
- cliff jumped in my birthday suit
