ABOUT ME

I'm a small town girl with big dreams. I've spent the majority of my life so far in South Dakota, with the exception of a few travels and one study abroad in Argentina. Now I'm ready to step out and move on to Houston where I will be a Teach For America elementary teacher in the fall.

I'm looking forward to hosting many international visitors once I'm in Houston, but for now I'm hoping to utilize the community by finding places to surf on my journey from South Dakota to Houston.

I love reading and politics. I'm a strong feminist and devote most of my free time to the cause. I also really enjoy cats, but don't own any yet.
