to honour this crazy beautiful life in each moment
I am dedicated to discovering new depths in myself and the world around me.
I believe in creating peace within, as without. Living life as sustainably as possible, in the present, with regard for the kind of world my actions create.
I am in love with the sound of ocean waves crashing.
Existence is the rare opportunity to be.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Just starting out- I'm traveling at the moment and grateful to have this network of friends around the world to meet. If I ever have a couch, it will be most welcoming to fellow seekers.
So far, it's been great. A remarkable way to connect with locals and really get a feel for the place I'm staying. Being welcomed into people's homes gives that warm fuzzy feeling that perhaps, our hearts are where "home" is.
I really love this vast and mysterious place we call Mother Earth. She inspires me daily and I love spending time with all of her forms and creatures! I enjoy practicing yoga, reading, writing, clumsily learning to play guitar, going for walks, making crafts, exploring new places, connecting with others, watching children play, picking ripe fruit off the trees, jumping on trampolines, cooking, dancing, foggy days in the mountains, and big hugs. Lots of big hugs
Work honestly, meditate every day, meet people without fear, and play

Music, Movies, and Books
Music- pretty open to anything from chill folky tunes to electronic dance raging, good old rock n roll and lots of sweet latin beats...
Movies- many, I like movies that really move me in my soul. anything with a message. not so much the fluff. NO ROMCOMS
Books- been reading lots of poetry lately. ancient mystics are really warming my heart, Rumi, Hafiz, those kinda lovers!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I´m ALIVE! Wow!
I am consistently awestruck by the kindness of others. When people are willing to open their hearts and experience vulnerability, I am brought to my knees by the grace that exists in us all.
waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys jumping on my hut in the rainforests of Limon, Costa Rica;
pitching a tent and watching the sun set atop the second largest granite cliff in the world in Squamish, BC;
collectively witnessing a solar eclipse with hundreds of others in the Nevada desert;
living and co-creating a beautiful intentional community among the fairies of Salt Spring Island, BC;
experiencing what it´s like to live in peace and harmony with people from all over the world at the 2012 International Rainbow Gathering in Palenque, Chiapas
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm into discussing yogic philosophy and various insights along the path. I am always seeking ways to express myself, particularly through music and creating things with my hands!
I can teach you how to witness and hold safe space for others
