ABOUT ME

I'm not very spiritual (I have a very science-y brain) but I highly believe that what goes around comes around. Be kind to others, and you will recieve that in return. I cherish my friends and family immensely and love the joy and humour they bring into my life.

I love traveling, taking pictures, and doing lots of outdoorsey stuff (in the summer anyways). In the winter I have perfected the art of hibernating (or traveling to warm places). Cooking is another one of my passions...I make a mean vegetarian curry!

I've hosted (and had a wonderful experience). Haven't surfed with anyone else though....yet!

Interests

traveling, hiking, photography, mountain biking, wine, and hanging with friends. I also love food...mmm...food. Just not meat. I prefer to let the animals live in peace.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycled 2200kms across Europe. Hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Dropped by a kitchen ceilidh in Scotland. Drank port in Porto. Skied in Kitzbuhel. Fished (and caught) pirranah in the Amazon Basin. Watched wild animals frolic and hunt on the Serengetti. Swam with wild dolphins off the coast of Zanzibar. Sailed through the Cyclades Islands in Greece. Listened to some fantastic music on Bourbon Street. Got stranded by the Iceland volcano. Explored caves in Belize. Listened to the beautiful sounds of the howler monkey in Costa Rica. Gorilla trekked in Uganda.

And there's still SO much more I want to do.
