ABOUT ME

Hey! How's it goin. My name is Alison, some people call me Aly. :) Ok About me:I am a active, caring, respectful, attentive, optimistic-procrastinator-person. I love to laugh at stories, jokes, & at random and awkward moments. I believe laughter is the best medicine. I like to learn new things, whether it be a new sport, video game, food,& music. I really enjoy listening to people's stories. Overall,I am a person eager to learn more about the world outside of where I live, and hope to learn more about myself and my place in it.

I recently graduated from the California State University of Long Beach with a BS in Health Sciences. I love being in school learning new things and I have to say its weird now that I am done, at least for now. Since I've been done in May I decided to study abroad for two weeks in June at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. So far, I love traveling and I hope to visit people while I stay here in Europe before I go back home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend and I traveled to Hungary after finishing up our semester in University. We made our way to Hungary and stayed with CouchSufers for a trip in Budapest and the stays were all phenomenal. I had an unforgettable experience!

I love a good story, a thriller, a twist, a movie with suspense and plot. A movie that makes you attach to the character and leaves you wanting more from the story.
Movies that I've seen and enjoyed are A Beautiful Mind, Gattaca, Inception, the Sixth Sense. I also enjoy silly movies like Mr. Bean and the Wedding Crashers. Scary movies that make me want to hide, but can't stop watching because of the adrenaline rush. I always like a good movie.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I sat on Potato Chip Rock.
My friends and I hiked for a super long steep trail to the top of this mountain where there was a 30 minute wait to sit on this rock. This was no ordinary rock. Potato Chip rock, like its name is similar to the thinness of a potato chip. With each step closer to its edge you can feel the vibrations of the rock climb up your leg. It was pretty scary. When I think about it, it was probably the most dangerous event in my life. Would I do it again? Possibly.
