I am a 27 year old American traveling the world with my boyfriend, Adam, for the next year. I am very interested in learning about other people and the places where they live!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently traveling and would love to couchsurf as many places as possible. I love to meet the people who live in the cities I am visiting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed on Sean's couch in New Zealand and had an INCREDIBLE experience! I would love to surf more while traveling and then return the favor once I have a couch of my own to offer up.

Adam and I have couch surfed in Hong Kong and had an amazing time going to meals doing road side karaoke and going to a free beach concert with our hosts!

We most recently connected with some couch surfers in Cape Town to do a full moon bike ride. Twas awesome.

兴趣

I love to be outdoors. I especially enjoy running, hiking, kayaking, biking and sailing (although I am really not good at it...yet!). I am a certified SCUBA diver and love being in the water.

I recently upgraded my camera and am eager to learn more about photography by going out and taking LOTS of pictures. Like most people, I especially love photographing around sunrise or sunset.

I dabble at the piano and started learning guitar. Although I don't know much yet, I love listening to others play and welcome all the pointers I can get.

I enjoy am a vegetarian and love food! Although I am not a good cook, I enjoy pitching in where I can in the kitchen - I am especially good at cleaning up :). I love a cup of coffee or glass of wine accompanied with good conversation.

Movies: I love them all, from a good Disney movie for some light hearted entertainment to a psychological thriller when I'm in the mood for a good think. I've recently been interested in documentaries.

Music: Queen, Coldplay, Mumford and Sons, Ben Folds, The Beatles, James Taylor, Jack Johnson...really anything except a lot of rap and hard metal.

Books: I am currently reading the Game of Thrones series.
