About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Saying that I have a mission sounds too serious, but I would definitely say that I aim to travel around and meed loads of people and have lots of fun and smile so much my face hurts.

ABOUT ME

Other people would call me adventurous because I chose to leave home, but I would call myself creative just because it just seems to me like not many Americans do it! I really do love learning all about how everyone around the world lives, which I suppose goes into my interest in my degree in Anthropology. I'm in my second year at University College London, and I absolute love living in a thriving, international metropolis where I'm always busy and hardly ever alone.

ABOUT COREY BARON:
(Travelling with me this April)
I'm a 19 year old college student from Denver, Colorado. I am studying philosophy, dabble in the ukulele, play ultimate frisbee and enjoy reading books of all types. I tend to spend my summers working on a sheep farm in rural Colorado, and am thrilled that I get to travel around Europe this spring.

PHILOSOPHY

If you're not enjoying it what's the point? I feel so lucky to have the life that I do, and I don't want to waste it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling cheaply and meeting loads of new people!

Interests

I'm an ultimate frisbee addict...I also like to do artistic things like drawing and painting in my free time.

Movies: Tangled, The Motorcycle Diaries, Star Wars
Books: So many choices! But 100 Years of Solitude was amazing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did a homestay in Costa Rica for 4 weeks, on my own, when I was 16. Amazing!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I know lots about ultimate frisbee, being the nerd I am, and love teaching and spreading the sport around the world. I also love discussing anything anthropology! On another note, I am always looking for recipes and tips on cooking because I'm not very good, but want to learn .
