I'm 22, an art history Graduate from York University. I'm originally from Marple, which is between Manchester and the Peak District. I like to cook, read, listen (to all kinds of things), dance, make art and dream. I'd consider myself quiet I suppose, but I'm cool with that.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe true happiness comes from within, and from realising the experiences that will enrich your life. All experiences are valuable, and you will never know everything. Man, this is hard.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm mainly looking to surf in Europe once I have the time, though my couch is almost always open as well. I think it's a great way to experience the world, and to share yours with others.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

To list the music I am interested in would take far too long! I listen to everything from Krautrock to House to African stuff, it all depends how I'm feeling. Most of the books I read are either art theory, or Murakami. I like a lot of the works of Sontag, Lippard, to narrow down which art theorists I like. Movies: Herzog, Lynch, a lot of world cinema. TV: Twin Peaks.

Niagara Falls was pretty killer. Also every sunset I have ever seen.

I'm pretty good at cooking, and at drawing. I could teach you those, and I'm a ceramic artist, though it would take a while to teach you that!
