I (Alix) am currently traveling with my friend Michelle around Australia, New Zealand and Latin America. We both know each other since 20 years and our friendship also survived van-life for a month. Though we do enjoy some company of locals and interesting and deep conversations from time to time.

Though we enjoy the backpacker-hostel lifestyle, we can feel that the interactions with locals were the most inspiring, for example: Steve, a Tassie who reinstalled our faith in pure kindness and hospitality or Richard, a 87-year old surfer, who taught us to never stop doing things in life we enjoy.

We are two well traveled girls who have been living in other countries and do enjoy the simple things in life but also like to treat us sometimes. We would also like to treat you with some of our cooking skills, taking care of some household duties or simply enjoying a nice conversation if the vibes match.
