ABOUT ME

I just graduated from university in May and now I'm living abroad in Burgos, Spain for almost a year and teaching English. That's what I'm doing with my life currently but really how does one sum themselves up? If you really tried, wouldn't you just end up with an infinite stream of consciousness that was an existential mess?

PHILOSOPHY

Don't dwell on the past. You can't change it so just accept it and move on with life. Destiny might have something in store for you down the road.

Intereses

Learning about the world, navigating the subtle labyrinth of multilingual communication, nighttime bus rides, cafe con leche with a delicious pastry, a few select but wonderful TV shows

Música, películas y libros

I listen to everything. No genre is foreign to me. As far as books go, I like The Virgin Suicides and Girl, Interrupted. I love the poems of Billy Collins. It's the perfect combo of wit and sarcasm. Another favorite is Pablo Neruda. The man was a genius, a master of language. Movies: I love them all. Even the bad ones make good conversations over cappuccino.
