Overview
About Me
I’m living in Lod for a 9-month social change fellowship but originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m doing volunteering placements across the city teaching English to various communities. I studied Anthropology and Geography in University with a focus in Cross-cultural studies and I love learning about and traveling in cultures different from my own. I’m a native English speaker and working on beginner Hebrew.
In my free time, I love to cook vegetarian food, play and listen to music, dance, read, bike, do yoga, gardening, travel, and spend time outside in nature. I also am a huge nature nerd and am always interested in identifying new species, going mushroom foraging, bird watching, hammocking in beautiful areas and hiking! I was an Outdoor Educator this past year and am very passionate about environmental education, climate change and getting younger generations passionate about being stewards of the Earth.
