I'm a 23-year-old Dutch student, with part-time jobs as a Process Engineer and Bartender.
I am currently following a Dual Awards Master's Program at both the University of Groningen and Newcastle University.
I like traveling, reading books, and learning new things; including languages or other useful skills.
Since I was 5 years old I have been doing Motocross and also like going to the gym, hiking, and playing team sports.

I am on Couchsurfing because I like meeting new people from all over the world. I like learning about different cultures and making meaningful connections. Since I didn't live where I studied during my bachelor, I have slept on loads of couches already and loved the simplicity and freedom that comes with it.

I don't really have a favorite song and my favorite artist shifts every year but some of the most recent concerts I have been to are: Elton John, Bring me the horizon, NF, Rammstein, Stormzy, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Yungblud. But I am also a big fan of older music like Johnny Cash, different languages like Maneskin, and British Grime like Dave, Aitch, Skepta, etc.

I normally prefer series over movies, but I like both in the action, science fiction, romantic comedy and thriller categories.

I am at the moment mostly reading non-fictional books, of which I liked the books "Why we sleep", "Rich dad, Poor dad", "How to win friends and influence people" "Twelve rules of life" and "Atomic Habits" the most.

I could teach you Dutch, and Frisian help with English, or practice Spanish and/or Polish with you. I would love to learn more about your culture while sharing the traditions and culture of the Netherlands with you. I could teach you some basic Salsa and/or Bachata dance moves.
