My travels around the world, have played such an influential role in my perspective on life. I had the privilege of beginning my travels at a very young age, and since then continue to evolve each time I am exposed to a new place or culture.

Do not be afraid of the unknown, take a chance and discover... because that is what the journey is all about.

If you decide to embrace what the universe brings you each day- learn from it, experience it, and grow from it...life will show you nothing but peace beauty and love.

What I have learned to live by is the idea that we must be able to love ourselves before anyone else can. How can we expect someone to see us a certain way, if we don't see it ourselves?
I am mindful that any energy I emit, all day- everyday, affects those around me. Therefore I try to greet each morning with an open mind and an active heart. It is completely up to us to be HAPPY. Happiness is whatever we want it to be. Our happiness is unique in all of us, and is accessible always. I try daily to be consciously aware of my actions and what it gives to OUR world.
