ABOUT ME

All about me, ...I've never been too good at this question but well, I was born in Florida, USA but I grew up in arizona. I am half Cuban and half Irish although the Irish culture in my family has been lost for some time now. The Cuban blood is still beating strong though. I absolutely love languages because they allow you to communicate with people you otherwise would not be able to and I love helping people learn languages so that they can participate as well. My native language is English, I speak Spanish very well, I can get by with German and I've recently been picking up Italian phrases here and there. I love to travel (obviously) and get to know new cultures and people, practice new languages, and see new places. Right now I pass my time reading and studying, teaching, and hanging out with friends. I love going out for a drink with a friend anytime.

PHILOSOPHY

Well the only thing that comes to mind for this is that no matter what the situation or whatever is happening in ones life at the time, the time will pass. Whether it is horrible or fantastic, 'this too shall pass.' So I try to enjoy as much as possible the good times and recognize that the bad times will not last forever.

Musically I appreciate just about anything. However I can pretty much never list names of bands or books or movies that i like. I like to hear, read, and see new stuff... I love it when a friend recommends me something.
