ABOUT ME:
I'm young and could use some more recklessness in my life. I'm doing the whole grown-up thing right now, and I'm trying to squeeze in as much traveling as possible.

Currently, I'm a freelance 'Jane of all trades'-- graphic designer, interior designer, event designer, set dresser, and stylist.

Traveling is my favorite luxury/hobby as it lets me see the world through a vast amount of perspectives-- I love chatting about culture and the human experience!

PHILOSOPHY

Tolkien said it best: 'Not all who wander are lost.' At this stage in my life, I'm definitely a wanderer. The more I see, do and learn, the more things I realize I haven't seen, done, or learned. The only thing that remains steadfast is my gratitude for it all.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love acquainting myself with a new culture and city through it's people.

Throughout my travels, I've been shown so many thankless kindnesses from strangers. Kindness from people who have nothing to gain from helping me. Kindness that a verbal 'thank you' wouldn't suffice. In a small way, hosting couchsurfers helps me repay my travel karma, and pay forward those kindnesses I've received.

Interests

Traveling, being in nature, cooking (and eating), art, politics, animals, design, and making things with my hands. Just got into gardening recently.

I love listening to and telling stories, and cutting loose by talking loud and laughing until it hurts. I also love a spontaneous late night out.
