ABOUT ME

I'm an avid traveler, I lovelovelove life. I want to fit as much into this lifetime as I can including meeting new and interesting bizarre people. I'm pretty spiritual and like to surround myself with positive people and places. I've been traveling for about 8years now, living in different places while working, mostly seasonal jobs and national parks, and I would like to expand my ventures to the U.S. Virgin Islands and then hopefully onto Europe or Australia. I'm open minded and laid back and try to always be moving forward and progressing in my life and ideas. I'm an island girl at heart and like to party here & there. Camping, anything on the water, hiking, road trips I'm always down for.

I am traveling right now but once I get settled into my new place it will most definitely be open to all fellow travelers and I will do my best to show everyone around and connect them with all of my resources. You always should be open, you never know where life is pushing you and opportunities that may await..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only couch surfed on my friends' sofas before (mostly after a long night of good drinking) and once or twice while in between apartments. I'm new to this website and network but am excited to try it out and meet some cool people who can show me around their world or just give me a few valuable pointers. I look forward to meeting you all! Aloha!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived and worked at a hot spring resort in the middle of nowhere Alaska. The Aurora Borealis was out practically every night and experiencing an Alaskan winter is something I think everyone should do- at least once. The temperature dropped to -65 degrees below for a month and barely any daylight. It was amazing swimming in the natural& curative springs then gazing up at the northern lights. I can't believe that was part of my daily routine.

I have hiked Haleakala, a volcanic creator on Maui. It felt like it transported you to what looks like Mars with a solo dainty flower growing out of ash here and there. I visited there regularly for sunrise and sunsets while I lived in the best place in the world(so far), Maui.

Night kayaking in a Bio-Bay in Puerto Rico was one of the best experiences of my life. Purely surreal.

And watching the raging forest fires in Grand Teton National Park flow from Yellowstone to GTNP and consume everything for miles, until firefighters were called in after it spread 9 miles overnight and the smoke blacked out the sun.

Hiking a 10,000ft mountain in Denali National Park and witnessing all the abundant wildlife in their natural element. Breathed the freshest air in my life there.
