I love to travel, read, paint and sculpt, thrift like no other, meet new people, drink coffee and laugh with friends. I'm passionate about grassroots social development, particularly economic empowerment and environmental justice. I've been known to spend entire days behind my sewing machine.

Teach, Learn, Share

A light-weight scarf is the most useful thing you will ever put in your suitcase. Use it as a towel, tie it on as a sarong, wrap your dirty clothes in it and you've got a laundry bag, sleep under it in the absence of a mosquito net, cover your head in the rain or cover your nose in the dust. It's as handy as you are creative.
