ABOUT ME

I am New York native. I recently graduated from SUNY Binghamton University with degrees in history and biology. I am currently living and working in Spain for the Spanish Ministry of Education as an English teacher for an academic year. I am looking to travel Europe, meet new people, eat food, share my experiences with amazing people, laugh a lot, and enjoy life to the fullest.

I am looking to have meaningful, fun, and spirited conversations with people from around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In the past, I have used a similar website called Airbnb to help me travel. I have had quite a bit of experience with this website and I have only had positive experiences. I used it to see places, such as Spain, Rome, Munich, and Prague. However, recently I have had friends turn me on to the positives of using couchsurfing to travel, where the exchange is more human than monetary. Now that I have done a bit of traveling, I think I have a lot to offer, and I look forward to the possibility of culture exchange and cooking a meal for the people who host me.

Interests

I enjoy anything related to the outdoors/going outside, reading, playing the violin, running, playing volleyball, learning new languages, and traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once took a solo trip to California and went camping in Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park for one week. One of the most inspiring trips of my life.

I feel comfortable giving lessons to others in Spanish and English. I can also provide some killer insight on all the national parks and nature that the USA has to offer.
