My friends told me great things about couch surfing. I really want to meet and get involved in a countries culture and I feel like you can't do that any better way than staying with a local! I love to meet new people and learn new things :)

I'm a big fan of supporting women in music: charli xcx, grimes, purity ring, angel olsen, banks, the list goes on. i'm also a big fan of new funk-esque bands like glass animals, jungle, etc.

Holding the Man is my favourite book AND movie. but i'm a big nerd so the world of movies books and tv shows is vast

I've seen 2 of the 7-declared wonders of the world (there's a LOT more). I also left my city on a whim to go and teach English in Italy, first time abroad, it didn't work out as planned but hey - that's life!

I study Philosophy and Sociology but I also used to do Astrophysics and Ecology too. Basically, I'm full of fun facts - maybe not applicable to your everyday life but hey, I'm good value
