CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to eat, smell, touch, see, sense, hear, sit on, talk to, film, photograph and leave a memory on everything I possibly can whilst travelling Asia. Oh and drink rum pretending to be a pirate.

ABOUT ME

Well, the basic me is that I'm 25 (soon to be 26 urgh) and faffing about the globe. I studied and worked in London but got bored with the city routine in 2008. In 2009 I left to travel with a friend and Dec 2009 moved to South Korea to teach English. Now I've continued my travels and will finally see my family June 2011. After that, a return to Korea before hitting the road again.

I'm not sure I'll ever stop moving around because there's just too much world to see.

I love writing, films, books, music (old LP's and I like my Led Zep, Cat Stevens, Asia, ACDC and Boston so deal with it), art, being creative etc etc....

I'm very much in to conservation and have a passion for animals and their welfare. In Korea I volunteered at an animal rescue shelter. I'm slightly annoying when it comes to environmental issues, I can be stubborn and in your face about it. You. are. warned!!!

I'm a nice person, some may say cool but..... :)

I'm not a serial killer and I'm not a mental person in any other way (I don't think)?

PHILOSOPHY

I love life and pretty much everything in it except for those trying to destroy it. I try and treat everyone and everything the way I want to be treated. Life should be spend living, not running yourself in to the ground because that's the way of life. It's not. Do what makes you happy, regardless if you look like an idiot or go against the grain. You only get once chance after all.

Interests

I'm interested in most things but never been huge on sport, willing to learn however. Rock, scissor, paper wars count as sport??? I'm partial to a game.

I love to sit in busy streets and watch the world go by. I love reading, music, rum, talking like a pirate, animals, the environment, rum, drawing, filming, discussing religion, jumping on bouncy things and life in general.

Oh and my family are kinda cool.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too long a list, I'd bore you half to death. I love historical films just as much as I love fantasy. I adore writing and will pretty much read anything put in front of me. Music is something I can't live without. There's nothing better than sitting with a cup of tea, headphones on and an old LP blasting the troubles away.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hate routine and so I've experienced a lot. I began a list of the places I've been below but I got bored. All I can say is I've done many different things and seen many extraordinary things which I'm grateful for. I hope to see much much more however.
