ABOUT ME

I try to stand every day in child-like wonder and awe for the world and people around me. I love to read (especially poetry or my chinese medicine textbooks these days), practice yoga, work on farms and gardens, spend time in the woods, go out dancing, and to laugh over coffee, tea, or beers. I want some happy sheep and chickens and to grow my own veggies and make my own jams... I dream of having a farm to table restaurant; I'd love to make you a meal! Love dogs, happy to take yours hiking if I am staying with you!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm doing quite a bit of solo traveling this spring and summer and would love to use couchsurfing to get to know places and people-- I'd love your advice on the best watering holes around Asheville, NC or things to do with a day in Wichita, KS.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most visually amazing place I've ever been were the Plitvice Lakes in Croatia-- I want to go back and see the lakes during every season; the fall was jaw-droppingly beautiful, as I'm sure winter, spring, and summer would be.
