I'm a graduate student and work full-time as an event coordinator for my school. I plan big conferences and am also a part-time writer. I love cultures, photography, coffee, local businesses, reading, and writing.

I had the opportunity to travel Europe because of Couchsurfing and had a wonderful experience! I want to be able to provide a place for people when I can, though my schedule is super busy. It's been great to meet people through this network and I hope to continue in that!

I love learning, having deep and meaningful conversations. I love third wave coffee and explore coffee shops in my own city and any city I visit. I am an avid reader, including everything from fiction to philosophy, I love writing and hope to pursue it. I love beautiful things and enjoy making my home a welcoming environment for all who come in.

I love so many kinds of music, but especially indie-style music. My current favorites are Ben Howard, The Lone Bellow, Penny and Sparrow, Phoebe Bridges, and many more.

I will watch many kinds of movies, but I especially like ones such as Pride & Prejudice, Fury, Good Will Hunting, The Kingdom, A Time to Kill, and Hot Rod.

I love classic fiction and philosophical writings. My favorite authors and books include Dietrich Bonhoeffer, C.S. Lewis, Oscar Wilde, Jane Austen, John Steinbeck, and Marilynne Robinson.
