I work a boring office job. But when I'm not working, I am a guitarist/composer.
I play classical and metal guitar and compose music. I'm working on becoming a professor of Musicology.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Would like to meet new people while traveling and understand different perpectives.
Unfortunately, I can not take in guests due to my living situation.
However, I am glad to meet with anyone during their visits in Los Angeles.

I love all music.
I love Metal and all its subgenres (Death, Black, Thrash, Power, Traditional, etc.)
I love Classical music, but particularly the 20th century stuff (Giacinto Scelsi, Stravinsky, Beethoven, Alex Mincek, Grisey, Ligeti, Bartok).
I love the Latin-American music i grew up with (Cumbia, Mariachi, etc.)
And of course, really cheesy pop stuff

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess that depends on how you define amazing.

I was very amazed when I went Skydiving. But I've yet to accomplish anything amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, clean, give music lessons, and very good philosophical conversations.
