Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hopefully I'll be able to spread my own experiences overseas and abroad with others and learn about new places/ideas/skills/etc. in the process.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met up with a fellow CouchSurfer in Arizona for a week, and had a nice dinner with some people in Tampa, but no actual surfing experience.

Interests

Music, movies, food, reading/learning new things, singing, pretending I know how to play an instrument, going out, exploring, frivolously spending money, tattoos, and many other things.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: mostly anything, but mainly alternative rock and new age/Celtic music (favorite artists being Coheed & Cambria and Loreena McKennitt)
MOVIES: comedy/action/foreign films, anything that isn't boring and/or extremely bloody (unless for comedic/theme purposes, a la Quentin Tarantino)
BOOKS: fantasy adventure, and history as well (anything that lets my imagination run wild)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I created and organized Chrono Symphonic, a fan remix project of the Chrono Trigger video game soundtrack in the form of an orchestral movie soundtrack. Check it out free at http://chrono.ocremix.org and enjoy.

Teach, Learn, Share

Most of what I offer is stories from other places I've been/seen, but I'm also a good cook (when I try) and I know a joke or two as well (as long as you don't mind them slightly dirty).
