I am constantly in the development and cultivation. Sincerely in the world and people and is willing to open up and give light and love.
I practice and teach breathing techniques, Reiki (method of self-development and healing), different cleaning and recovering energetic practiсal works, some types of massage. In free time I like to draw, sing and dance)
What I did, for me it is important to be conscious. To feel the body, management of mind and emotions, disclosure of heart is a way of happiness.
I am always eager to learn new communication and travel through. I'll be glad to get acquainted with the good people in the world.
