I am a fourth-generation Japanese American, currently trying to survive as an English teacher in Prague, Czech Republic. After studying and living at various times and places in Asia over the years, I decided to change it up and move to Europe. It's been one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I am always looking forward to new, exciting adventures.

Interests

I have tried/am willing to try pretty much any style of dance you might throw at me. This includes ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, ballroom dancing (cha-cha and salsa are my favorites), and Japanese classical dancing (with the kimonos and stuff). I also enjoy martial arts (aikido, karate, kung fu, tai chi) as well as archery. In the intellectual realm, anything related to international politics/cultures will generally pique my interest. And I also love visiting places in nature, from beaches to forests.
