I'm an Australian university student, currently doing an Environmental Studies degree (yeah, saving the world like Captain Planet, that kind of stuff). The most exciting thing in my life right now is planning a trip to the States to study in Connecticut, but visiting as many places as I can along the way.

Traveling anywhere - I've been overseas about once a year since I was 12; major slave to fashion and the church of Burberry; huge baseball fan - my mood is always determined by whether the Red Sox win or lose - though I'm always open to any sport; I love nature and the environment, though I'm a terrible camper...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - kind of varied.. I like indie, jazz, hip hop/rap, pop, folk. Movies - my favourites are Fever Pitch, The Departed, Stranger Than Fiction, Everything Is Illuminated, Dan In Real Life. Books - favourite authors are Dave Eggers, David Sedaris, F Scott Fitzgerald, Franz Kafka

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Paris, I met this guy who was the strangest man I've ever encountered... he was Argentinian/German/French, the former personal chef to Henry Miller, he invited us to go shopping at the local market and then to his apartment for lunch. It was so bizarre but incredible.
