Hello, привіт, привeт, salut, ciao, για σας, travellers from all over the world! My name is Alyona and I am hooked on learning foreign languages!
Although my mother tongue is Ukrainian, I am pretty fluent at Russian and English. Also, a bit at a time, I have started learning the basics of French, Italian, and Greek!
My passion for exploring new horizons has brought me to one of the most friendly and awe-inspiring cities in Greece, Thessaloniki, where I stayed for almost 6 months, enjoying the Greek lifestyle and an opportunity to practice all of the above mentioned languages within the Erasmus program.
Except for Greece, I've traveled around Italy.
What can I share with you? I do have plenty of exciting things to tell you, reveal some "creme" of my Ukrainian traditions and culture, as well as things that have caught my attention in Thessaloniki, Rome, Naples, Barletta and other cities.
Top qualities that can describe me: friendly, open-minded, perfectionist, a bit stubborn, and veeeeery sentimental!

I never stick neither to a specific kind of music, nor genre of books, though as for the films, I prefer watching thrillers, rather than comedies.

I:
-took part in numerous reading evenings as a poetry reader,
-graduated from a musical school,
-baked cakes and cupcakes for sale,
-was a volunter in the international youth exchange organisation AIESEC,
-went camping with my friends to Mount Olympus in September 2017 and survived the night in tent with 8 degrees outside (without sleeping bag) (!)
-played African drums once,
-learnt how to lead Greek "halara" lifestyle :)))
