About Me

ABOUT ME

Basically, I'm a 29 year old travel nurse from GA now living in Oregon
I love to not act my age, find adventures big and small, and wine served with big bowls of popcorn. I think the rest is covered in this very extensive profile.

PHILOSOPHY

I live life with the knowledge that it is fleeting. I constantly seek ways to enjoy and marvel in the day-to-day experiences, as well as seeking out the huge, life changing ones.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed across the US and hosted a few people through my former roommate/best friends profile. However, at the moment don't have a house to host in since I travel full time for work.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on many couches but my favorites have been through the couchsurfing website. Being a southerner, hospitality is in my roots, making me the ideal hostess and guest.

Interests

Coffee-lover, vinyl, live music and theater, all things vintage, novels, travel (of course), FOOD, wine, nurse things, fashion (especially hats), movies with popcorn, popcorn in general, and breathtaking views.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving is the most adrenaline packed thing I've done. I feel in love the second I spiraled out of the plane.
The most amazing experience was doing medical missions with a small community in the Mexican jungle. Talk about humbling. It was a beautiful picture cross-cultural love and community.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can give nursing advice and teach you about the culture of living life below the Mason-Dixon line in the USA. It is a different world down here, full of porch sittin', slow livin', sweet tea goodness. I can also teach you how to speak with a southern drawl.
