Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to experience everything in this lovely world
ABOUT ME
I’m a high school English teacher, who’s a bit passionate and a bit idealistic. I believe every individual has the power to make the world a better place. So I try to take actions for what I care, and encourage my students to do likewise. (I believe even the smallest action counts!)
I love to spend time in the nature, to run bare feet, to experience different cultures, or simply to wander around. I’m not really a social person, but I’m willing to make friends and eager to introduce Taiwan to others.
Oh, and I care about the environment, now on my way learning to live a waste-free life.
PHILOSOPHY
“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am helping in a project called "Couchsurfer in Class". We connect travelers with teachers so they get the chance to visit the schools and the students.
If you are interested in visiting some not so famous part of Taiwan and share your story with the students, feel free to check this project.

Interests
I enjoy being a volunteer, becasue I think that is a great way for me to see the world. Besides, knowing that I am able to do something for others is an excellent feeling.
Also, I like to jog, go hiking, and swimming. But I am definitely not good at sports ><
One more thing I like is to wander around in a new place. For me, travel doesn't need to be always in a hurry. It's good to take your time enjoying the atmosphere of a place.
