Hey there! I'm a recent graduate from the University of Iowa in Iowa City with degrees in journalism/mass communications and music (violin performance). Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music: I love Indie/alternative rock, classical, jazz, and folk music. My favorite genre is 80s-90s shoegaze.

Movies: E.T. is my favorite movie!

Books: I'm currently working on some of David Foster Wallace's lengthier novels, but I'm a huge fan of nonfiction short stories and poetry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After my first year of college, I didn't want spend the summer back home, so I took a blind leap and worked as a camp counselor for adults with disabilities. I learned and experienced more than I ever imagined!
