I am a free spirit who is all about who l am Being, l am conscious, awakened and sovereign.
I don't fit in any box and am a life long learner, everyday l seek to be better than the day before
I am passionate about my spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health.
I have spent the last 6 years unlearning patterns, societal conditioning and questioning my beliefs and identifying if they were even mine
I worked in two careers both with the government in Australia, those taught me grit, resilience, to do hard things and to serve people.
I am blessed to have 3 beautiful children and am currently travelling with my 15 year old son
I love meeting people and learning about their culture, beliefs & having deep conversations about philosophy, mother earth, life, equanimity, art, travel, and spirituality.
I believe life is for living and worth chasing with both hands, l have many close friends all around the world, l love humanity and shining my light where ever l go.
I have recently been living in Costa Rica where l studied Permiculture and lived every sacred moment in nature
