Hi all! My name is Alyssa I am a Canadian university student currently living in the United Kingdom for the year. I love traveling to different places and meeting different people. I love to talk and get to know people everywhere I go, I think it really ads o the experience of traveling. I am going to continue my backpacking adventure next week traveling to Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, and Cyprus!

I want to meet nice people and have a great experience while traveling. I think that couch surfing gives a unique opprotuity to meet interesting people and get an experience you might not get otherwise. By couch surfing it helps give an idea of what it is really like to live in that country and can give you a better view of the country. I want to immerse myself into culture and have memorable unique experiences.

I enjoy individual sports such acro yoga, gymnastics, snowboarding, and unicycling. I come from a small town on the East coast of Canada where the only thing to do is spend time outdoors, this making me love nature and everything it has to offer such as hiking, camps, swimming. I get enjoyment from exploring unseen places. . I also like photography and want to learn how to do filming.

While traveling I like to try to see as much as I can but also relax and just get lost in the city walking around seeing what it has to offer outside historic features and tourist attractions.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Movies:I don't watch alot of movies or tv generally but every once in a while i like to sit down with a group of friends and watch something. If I had to pick a type of movie I like the best I would have to say it would be scary movies. I get such a thrill from the suspense it creates.

Music: I pretty much like all kinds of music but take preference over anything country.

I think one of the most amazing things I have done is gain enough courage to leave the small town I live in in Canada and move across the sea to Europe. It was frightening at first but has been one the the best experiences of my life.

The sports that I am involved in contain constant learning of new tricks that can be done which is what keeps me so interested in them. I have also been a gymnastics coach for 5 years so if you would ever like any information about gymnastics I can always help you out. I love learning and trying new things where ever I go to just make the most out of life!
