HI!
I work in tourism in the stunning iconic Barossa Wine region in Australia - my day usually consists of helping visitors to the region find the hidden gems of the region and helping them to enjoy Barossa.

I have a passion for all things travel. I have traveled many parts of Australia and been to Fiji, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South America, and Myanmar with plans to travel parts of Europe and Spain in October and November 2018.

I think the best thing about travel is experiencing new cultures and lifestyles, meeting new people and seeing spectacular parts of the world both in natural beauty and culture. Learning from local people about their culture, lifestyle and their city is what makes travelling so fun!

I am also very involved in sport - especially netball. I also go to the gym quite often and am building a love for hiking.

I am a fun outgoing person who likes to continually experience new things, I am responsible and mature, not a big party person but enjoy good company and good safe fun :)

I am from a family of 7 so value family alot.

My travels are not just about the places I go to, its about the people I meet along the way and learning about their story!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I used couch surfing in South America for my first experience in couch surfing, what appeals to me is that I can meet the local people and learn about their city and country from a local perspective rather than just a hostel.
I love meeting new people, hearing their story and learning from them, and couch surfing seems to do just that!

I am now planning on using couch surfing again for my time traveling Europe.

I also would love to show anyone visiting my home town of Adelaide around the city. It is amazing when you get a local's perspective on a locations, so I want to give that experience to someone visiting Australia.

Music - I have so much varieance in music taste, depends on my mood. My favourite at the moment is two Melbourne born men called The Peirce Brothers. Look them up :)
I am also listening to more spanish music to try to strengthen my spanish language skills.
Movies - I love anything except scary movies.
Books - I love reading (when I have the time) cant go past anything that is a true story :)

Hmmm... that's a tough one, maybe living in Fiji for 4 months, volunteering building hurricane proof houses. That was amazing, I made so many great friends and learnt so much about myself.
