I graduated from college several years ago and have been working in a laboratory where I identify insects and other creepy-crawlies. My main interest is in natural history and I like drawing different plants and animals.
I have also been learning Japanese for some time but I would like to become more proficient in it because I would potentially like to go to graduate school in Japan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't travel much but I would like to more. In particular, I am planning a trip around Japan as it is where my father is from and I have not been there in many years. I would also like to use this trip to practice my Japanese.
