ABOUT ME

I grew up in rural Virginia in an intentional community with about 100 other people. During college and through 2 years with AmeriCorps, I worked with multiple non-profits including a prominent NC Land Trust. Ideally, I'd like to find work with a community- or conservation-based land trust. I'm also interested in environmental education, community organizing, sustainable agriculture, volunteer coordination and generally how to make the world a better place.

I'm blessed to be working at Mt Rose Herbs as the Director of Social and Environmental Responsibility. I adore my home and room mates (including two incredible people, a dog, a cat, chickens and bees). That's the bare bones. I'm a very open person so just ask me a question and I'll most likely give you an answer.

How I occupy my time: reading, gardening, knitting, games, movies, cooking and day dreaming about traveling the world. I'm always down for grabbing a drink or dancing to live music. Super easy going and into sharing stories about different life experiences.
