My name is Amaia, I’m 29yo and come from the Basque Country in northern Spain. I just finished my master’s degree in June and I’m planning to travel before I start working as a highschool teacher in February. I love nature and outdoor sports like hiking, surfing and rock climbing. I like deep conversations, but sometimes I prefer silly ones.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet locals and learn about their culture and lifestyle. I don't want to be a tourist! I already couschsurfed in four countries and I was hosted by the most amazing, crazy people. It was a great experience, now I'm ready for more!
