About Me

ABOUT ME

Hey! So I'm a hardworking, creative, ambitious Christian, vegan (15 years) Nigerian crystal miner, holistic wellness practitioner and designer-artisan. I was born and bred in Brooklyn, U.S.A. and I love and am completely obsessed with New York City and can't wait to make it back there! My whole life has been about struggles, adversity and subsequent triumph through faith and perseverance (so I have an allergy to laziness and giving up!). I love art and I love science so anyone can feel free to stimulate my left or right hemisphere. I love to learn about new fruit, prepare raw vegan food and create raw vegan recipes. I'm an animal lover and a tree hugger. I'm the girl who did her homework on Friday night in high school. I need to create art in order to continue to function and I need to DANCE and read my Bible in order to survive (because the world can be tought)! That's just A LITTLE about me :) I passionately believe in liberation and justice for all and the problems of the world keep me up at night as I seek to be a part of the solution.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to both experience and offer the kindness that still exists in the world. I'm here to meet my best friends who I haven't met yet and also learn and experience new things with different kinds of people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studied tantric meditation in the mountains of Rishikesh in India amongst giant spiders (which I had no idea about before I got there) and I'm extremely arachniphobic. Survived 4 weeks of that in the name of spiritual evolution!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach dance and dance theory, nutrition, basic sewing and costume detailing, vegan cooking, meditation, contemplative practices etc...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm an empath so I'm a great listener and very compassionate so I do have a sympathetic ear. Apart of my work is to help people transform their lives into something greater by helping them to transform themselves into the best version of themselves. Therefore, I also love to encourage and motivate people. I love to bring healthy food and supplements and also prepare unique and healthy meals for my hosts. I love to share my stories as well and so far they've always been funny so sharing laughs is also on the list!
