我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm getting ready to embark on another adventure to Montana to work with their Conservation Corps. I did it last season as a member and will be back this season as a youth crew leader. I plan to explore a little bit of the Pacific Northwest/ West Coast after the season in August and would love to meet some new people along the way/ get suggestions on some places to hike/stay.

I love anything that involves being outside. Backpacking, festivals, snowboarding, rock climbing, looking for arrowheads, long walks on the beach…I say that jokingly but in all seriousness I'd be into that (don't get to do much of it in the midwest).

I love all kinds of music. One of my favorite things to do is go see live shows. Was never much of a reader until I spent 6 months working in the woods. I've been trying to read some classics-most recent was The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and Brave New World.

Last summer, I spent 6 months working with the Montana Conservation Corps working on/ maintaining trails. That experience itself was pretty amazing. I rehabbed trails in Glacier National Park and built a bridge with my crew along the Pacific Northwest Trail (PNT) in the Kootenai National forest.
