I am an enthusiastic and kind person, and love finding kindred souls everywhere. I believe the world is a fundamentally good place, and enjoy seeing this goodness manifested in so many forms around the globe. I love being in nature and have been (for the past 5 years) investigating the overlap between body and earth. My passion is somatic movement education -- offering and exploring methods of bringing more body awareness to myself and facilitating that process in others; as well as diving deep into our environments to come to know them like I know myself. I am transitioning into making art and performing with this material, and am in my very early stages.

I am 38 years old and live (most of the time) in Columbus, Ohio, USA. I am grateful for connections when I am traveling -- I have done a lot of solo travel, and I just find sharing company to be one of my favorite things. I can find anything interesting and love learning about the passions of others.
