ABOUT ME

29 years old. Happy person. Enjoy meeting new friends. I love travelling. I also love my work which is perfect since i need to work so I can travel! Work and study at the University of Alberta.
I am a huge hiker and love spending as much time as I can in the rockies. It is a 4 hour drive from Edmonton but worth it even for a day.
My friend and family are the most important things in the world to me. It is wonderful to have another way to meet incredible people that I might be fortunate enough to call friends one day :)

PHILOSOPHY

Life is full of beautiful people and incredible experiences. Both of these should be embraced.

Love should always be the priority in life. Live with passion, whatever that is.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to take in surfers anytime I receive a request. It is always wonderful to host them, even if I may not have a lot of time to do things. When I travel to new places I like to spend some nights surfing with people. It is a great way to learn about other cultures and really see the cities in a way you never can as a tourist or traveler.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only positive ones!

Whether in Europe, the USA or other cities in Canada, couch surfing as a host or as a surfer has been amazing. The world truly is full of good people and this is a great way to be reminded of that.

I enjoy most movies (with the exception of horrors) but really like eating popcorn the best ;) Curling up with a movie is a great things to do. I love a good laugh, a good cry or some good suspense.

It seems I don't take the time to read books as much as I would like to as most of my reading time is spent buried in research articles! My favorite author is Bryce Courtenay.

My trip to New Zealand. Just dropped life here and moved there and have never looked back since. Best decision I ever made, and it has truly made me the person I am today.
