I'm a brazilian girl who is passionate about life. I love travelling and meeting different cultures, people, customs, places and last but not least, food! As a journalist, I really enjoy to hear about people's stories and to connect with them in a deep and meaningful way. Dont get me wrong, I also like to talk and make new friends, even for one day.

Recently, I puted all of my fears aside and started to travel alone. It was the best thing I've done.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I first heard about CS , a few years ago, my first question was "Why people do that? What's in it for them?"

Now I can see that is all about sharing. To share experiences and knowledge cannot have a price.

I'm here because I want to be more than a tourist when I go to a new country. I want to know a region beyond their turistic places and through a local's eyes. I believe in a type of tourism that's responsable and sustainable.
